About
Adele Creative an experienced and strategic Director of Accounts to oversee our agency’s retainer accounts. This leadership role is critical in fostering client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and recommending marketing strategies and tactics that deliver measurable results. The Director of Accounts will manage the content management team, direct photoshoots, and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for retainer account clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, challenges, and industry landscape.

Proactively recommend marketing strategies and tactics to align with and achieve client objectives.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute innovative marketing plans for clients.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Ensure all client deliverables are on time, within scope, and of high quality
Team Leadership:

Manage the content management team, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.

Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to drive team success.
Photoshoot Direction:

Plan, organize, and direct photoshoots to ensure alignment with client brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Work closely with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Reporting and Communication:

Provide regular updates to the Chief Operating Officer on client account performance, team productivity, and key opportunities.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing results and recommending next steps.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and Skills:
-
Proven track record in account management, within a marketing or advertising agency.

Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including digital, social, content, and branding as well as media buying.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.

Experience with content management systems and creative direction is a plus.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
